Called to Create Studio LLC is committed to delivering a professional, intentional, and elevated experience for every client. These policies are designed to ensure clear expectations, protect both parties, and support a smooth creative process from start to finish.
By booking our services or submitting an inquiry, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to protect the integrity of our work, our time, and the experience we provide to every client.
1. Booking & Inquiry Policy
Web Design Services
All Web Design services begin with the completion of our Web Design Inquiry Form.
This form allows us to:
- Learn more about the client’s brand
- Schedule a consultation call to determine if we are the right fit for one another
If both parties decide to move forward after the consultation, the client will then receive a Client Onboarding Packet. Although clients receive this packet, they are not considered an official client until completing the packet.
Please note that all Web Design consultation calls require a non-refundable fee of $30.
Print & Digital Material Services
All Print & Digital Material services begin with the completion of our Print & Digital Brand Elements Form.
This form allows clients to:
- Submit important content and materials that are essential for the design process
- Schedule a consultation call to help us gain a clear understanding of the brand, goals, and overall creative vision
Print & Digital Material consultation calls do not require a separate fee, as clients will either pay in full or begin a payment plan after submitting the Brand Elements Form.
2. Client Responsibilities Policy
Clients are responsible for submitting all brand elements for their website or print & digital services.
Brand Elements may include, but are not limited to:
- Logos, fonts, brand colors
- Clear, high-quality, professional images
- Written copies and headlines
- Service descriptions
- Product descriptions
- Contact information
- Call to action text
- Testimonials or reviews
- Current or upcoming sales
- Any other necessary materials
We recommend typing all written content in a Google Doc or Word document.
Professional Imagery Requirement
To maintain the quality and standard of Called to Create Studio, all clients must provide professional high-quality photos for use in website design and print & digital materials. Unedited phone photos, filtered images, low-resolution uploads, or AI imagery are at a high risk of being declined.
Please note: Called to Create Studio LLC reserves the right to reject any order if the imagery provided does not meet our quality guidelines or does not align with our brand level of excellence.
Payment Processing Responsibility
For web design services, Called to Create Studio is not responsible for setting up payment processing information. Clients are solely responsible for adding and maintaining the correct payout method for their online store.
3. Communication Policy
All communication is handled via:
- Client portal
- Phone call
DMs or text messages will not be used for project updates or approvals.
Communication is available during business hours only.
4. Revisions & Project Scope Policy
Revision allowances vary by package level.
- Revisions are intended for minor adjustments, not full redesigns.
- Additional revisions beyond the included amount require an additional $20 fee.
- Any change in project scope, direction, or requested aesthetic shift after approval will require a new invoice.
5. Turnaround Time Policy
Turnaround times depend on project type, the scope of work, and client responsiveness. Estimated timelines are provided in all service descriptions but may adjust based on communication delays or added revisions.
6. Payment & Refund Policy
Due to the custom creation process of our services, refunds will not be issued under any circumstance. Once work has begun, time, strategy, and digital assets cannot be returned — therefore all payments remain final.
7. Project Pause & Cancellation Policy
If the client becomes unresponsive for 7 business days, the project will automatically pause.
After 14 days of no communication:
- The project is considered inactive
- A restart fee will be required
- Timeline will be adjusted
Deposits remain non-refundable.
8. Website Transfer & Launch Policy
Website transfers occur only after:
- Client approval is received
- Full payment is made
Called to Create Studio is not responsible for third-party hosting issues, domain problems, or platform downtime.
9. Platform & Technical Policy
For our web design services, we build exclusively on approved platforms (Squarespace, Wix, and Shopify).
We do not troubleshoot:
- Third-party apps
- Client hardware/software
- Printer or POS system setups
Technical issues outside our scope should be referred to the appropriate provider.
10. Design Ownership, Portfolio Rights & Usage Policy
Called to Create Studio retains ownership of all design files, drafts, and creative concepts until the final balance is paid in full. Once paid, the client receives rights to use the final delivered files for their business. Source files remain the property of Called to Create Studio. Called to Create Studio LLC retains the right to showcase all completed work in our portfolio, advertisements, and marketing. All designs are for your brand’s use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
11. Confidentiality Policy
All client materials, strategies, and assets are confidential. We request the same respect regarding our processes, pricing, and proprietary designs.
12. Right to Refuse Service
Called to Create Studio reserves the right to decline any project that does not align with our brand values or compromises our integrity.
